Tourist Visa- Apply Outside Australia

• To apply for the Tourist/Visitor Visa (Subclass 600), applicants must be outside Australia during both the application and decision-making processes.
• Eligibility criteria include demonstrating genuine temporary visit intentions, possessing sufficient finances for the stay, meeting health and character requirements.
• Holders of this visa are prohibited from working while in Australia.

Business Visitor Stream

• This visa stream allows for visits to Australia for business purposes.
• Duration of Stay: Up to 3 months.
• Cost: AUD190.00.
• Activities Permitted: Short visits for business reasons are allowed, but working or selling goods or services is prohibited.
• Multiple Entries: Holders may be permitted to enter Australia once or multiple times while the visa is valid.
• Application Requirement: Applicants must be outside Australia both during the application process and when the visa decision is made.

Sponsored Family Stream

• This visa stream allows individuals, typically sponsored by a family member, to visit Australia to reunite with their family.
• Duration of Stay: Up to 12 months.
• Cost: AUD190.
• Sponsorship Requirement: Applicants must be sponsored by an eligible family member who is either an Australian citizen or permanent resident.
• Security Bond: The sponsor may be asked to pay a security bond.
• Application Requirement: Applicants must be outside Australia during both the application process and when the visa decision is made.
